I "Househacked" a townhome. Currently being rented by the room. I lived in the unfinished basement initially. I worked on finishing the basement then upon completion moved into a smaller room located on the second level. The home value has increased by 90% since 2019.
Tooele County Duplexes
Seller Financed two adjacent duplexes located in Tooele County. Increased rents by 45% within 12 months. I only had to put down $30,000 total for both properties. Less than 10% of the purchase price.
Weber County Triplex
Purchased a Triplex in Weber County on the Home Possible Loan program through Fannie Mae. Renovated one of the units and increased rent by 110% after the renovation!
Wyoming Fourplex
Purchased a fourplex located in Wyoming. Purchased on seller finance terms with $15,000 down. C Class property but cash flow and purchase price were great!
Pocatello Single Family Home
Long term rental located in Pocatello, Idaho. Idaho price points are much more favorable than those of Utah. Low cap expenditures and great long term tenant in place.
Weber State Duplex
College housing located close to Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. One side is rented to Male college students and the other side is rented to Female Students. Utilitized "house hacking" on this property as well and I live in one of the bedrooms.
